Job Title: Business Development Manager - Aggregates & Waste Removal Services

Area to be covered: Flexible on location ideally (Staffordshire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire regions)
Remuneration: £31,000 - £33,000 + uncapped commission circa £7,500 first year
Benefits: company pickup/ truck or £6,000 allowance & benefits
The role of the Area Sales Manager - Aggregates & Waste Removal Services will involve:
- Area Sales Manager position selling aggregates and muck away services
- Majority of your time will be spent selling to groundworkers
- The remaining portion will be spent selling to concrete plants, builders merchants and housebuilders
- Turnover target circa £200k per month - £20k gross margin
- Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Aggregates & Waste Removal Services with:
- Must have sales experience in the aggregates or waster removal industry ideally both
- Must have strong new business skills
- Plenty of energy, passion and self-motivation
- Personable demeanour with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Computer literate
- Full UK driving license
