Description

  • Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments.

  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Collating and filing expenses.
  • Conducting research on behalf of the team.
  • Providing assistance in project management and participation in project teams.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:
