We are currently partnering with a growing SME based in Manchester, who are recruiting for an interim HR Business Partner to support a busy period. This is a temporary role on a 3-month contract.
This is a temporary position with an hourly rate between £27 - £30 p/h (subject to experience) and the client is looking for someone who can start immediately.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting with general recruitment activities such as; Onboarding, arranging interviews, Job Ads etc
- Help with the day-to-day HR activity with duties including absence, holiday, payroll, performance issues and grievances
- Supporting the development of company values and purpose
- Reviewing and suggesting improvements to the rewards & recognition offering
- Helping create the strategy around Health & Wellbeing of employees
Experience required:
- Working in a standalone capacity or a small HR team

Working hours:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
