As an Associate Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing high-quality candidates and managing their recruitment experience from start to finish. Day to Day of the role:
- Interact with candidates over the phone, managing their entire recruitment process.
- Sell a range of job roles to candidates, ensuring a good match between candidate and company.
- Source candidates using a variety of techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Maintain and update sourcing lists and in-house CRM systems in line with company processes.
- Provide leads and market rates to the delivery team to support business development.
- Monitor and achieve KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, contributing to the team's success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Prior telesales or sales experience is preferable but not essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- A keen interest in recruitment or sales.
- Driven and competitive nature, with a desire to succeed and progress within the company.
