Our Birmingham based specialist organisation is looking to recruit a internal sales on a part time temporary basis to support the Admin and Marketing team and working closely with the tech and sales teams too.
4 hours per day, 5 days week you will be based out of their offices.
- Entering of new orders and take ownership of quote generation and management using company CRM system
- Ensure despatch and project documentation is complete
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment dealing with a heavy workload via phone and email with customers, sales reps, and end users
- Log all communication effectively and efficiently and follow up with customer inquiries to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to meet performance goals, and work cooperatively with other members of the team
