As an Audit Senior Manager:

  • Lead Audits: Serve as the key contact for clients, engagement partners, and team members.
  • Manage Audit Assignments: Oversee job planning, budgeting, time management, team supervision, and effective communication.
  • Monitor Progress: Track team progress, manage projects, review files, debrief teams, and finalize files for Partner review.
  • Audit Expertise: Handle substantive and controls-based audits, large group audits, group reporting, and cross-border groups.
  • Optimize Assignments: Plan and organize jobs efficiently, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 procedures.
  • Promote Firm Interests: Represent the firm positively to employees, clients, prospects, and third parties.
  • Motivate and Manage Staff: Provide feedback, mentor managers and trainees, supervise staff, and assist with development.
  • Training: Assist with in-house training and provide upward feedback.
  • Practice Development: Support new client pitches, identify and develop account opportunities, and attend client events.
  • Innovation and Administration: Suggest system improvements, assist with billing, and support debt collection.
  • ACA/ACCA Qualified
  • Previous experience working within a UK Practice
  • Experience leading audit teams including group audits
  • Eligible to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship
