About the Role:
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your expertise in automotive refinish spraying will be essential in providing professional training, conducting demonstrations, and offering technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual net sales and debtor targets for assigned bodyshops
- Deliver professional training to existing and potential customers on product use and application
- Conduct demonstrations of paint and non-paint application techniques
- Transfer knowledge on car repair processes and technical problem solving
- Perform regular technical audits at designated customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Managers and Account Managers during key sales phases
- Troubleshoot technical issues for existing customers
- Synchronise activities with Sales Development Managers and Account Managers
About You:
We are looking for a qualified automotive refinish sprayer with a valid driving license. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with traveling and staying away from home.
