Description
- Provide legal advice on employment matters
- Support on both contentious and non-contentious work
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws
- Participate in the development of corporate policies and procedures
- Provide training to company employees on legal matters
- Manage external counsel when necessary
Profile
A successful Employment Counsel should have:
- A qualified solicitor in the UK or relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in employment law,
- Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide practical and business-focused legal advice
