Job Title: Learning & Development Manager

Salary: £46,000 - £50,000 per annum plus bonus

This pivotal role involves working closely with the HR Director to align learning initiatives with our clients organisational goals, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and success.

Learning & Development Manager: Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and delivery of engaging learning programmes, including induction and onboarding.
- Design high-quality training materials and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with external apprenticeship providers.
- Mentor and manage a team of field-based regional trainers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.
- Oversee the maintenance and use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and enhance learning experiences through technology.
- Monitor compliance training, keeping abreast of regulatory changes and updating materials accordingly.
- Compile regular reports for the Senior Leadership Team on training progress.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in LMS, e-learning tools, and other learning technologies
- Demonstratable experience of learning and development design and implementation
- Experience of leading, managing and mentoring a team
- Adaptable and able to prioritise a broad range of duties whilst maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality
- Broader HR understanding with a commitment to personal and professional development, equality and diversity policies, and health and safety practices
Please note: This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week at the office in South Birmingham, and occasional nationwide travel.
