Key responsibilities for the Care Operations Coordinator:
- Efficiently manage new referrals and produce rosters that ensure safe and timely care for clients
- Collaborate with doctors, social workers and other professionals to coordinate client care
- Help recruit and retain staff by highlighting the benefits of joining the team
- Serve as the main point of contact for both new and existing clients, as well as the Care Team
- Address and resolve any complaints, incidents and safeguarding promptly
- Support the care team through regular check ins, feedback and performance evaluations
- Ensure the organisation meets Care Quality Commission and company standards
- Participate in the on call schedule - 1 week in 3
- Entering and updating data onto the system
Requirements for the Care Coordinator:
- Full valid UK driving licence
- Experience working within a similar position within the care industry
- Level 3 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Knowledge of care sector systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong organisational skills and proactive problem solver
- Calm and reactive under pressure
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the nature of the role
