Account Manager / Business Development Manager

This is an exciting time to join a leading provider of GIS software, location data and services as an Account Manager/Business Development Manager in the Land and Property sector. The industry is thriving, and the company is renowned as an excellent employer with low staff turnover.

ROLE:

You will take ownership of account management and business development within the Land and Property sector, including the growing community of Housing Association customers. You will be responsible for building a strong relationship with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. You will be a key member of the team, supported by colleagues from marketing and technical pre-sales.

LOCATION:

Working from home or the Stevenage office. A home-based employee will be required to attend the office on request, for example for team or customer meetings.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience of Land & Property and/or Location Intelligence sectors
  • Technically minded
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • £30,000 - £50,000 basic
  • Uncapped commission, typically around £10,000 per year
