I'm currently working with a local authority who are looking for a
Housing Officer
to join their team on a temporary contract for 6 months.
Job Title: Housing Officer
Location: Stroud
Contract Type: Temp-Perm
Salary: £23-£24 p/h
Housing Office responsibilities:
- Be a visible presence on specialist housing schemes, maximising communication to achieve tenancy sustainability and positive tenancy management
- Enforce tenancy conditions in line with agreements, policies and standards, with an early intervention and prevention ethos
- Managing low levels of ASB
- Dealing with Neighbourhood Issues
- Dealing with Tenancy queries and complaints
Housing Officer requirements:
- Previous experience as Housing Officer, ASB officer, Income Officer
- Be able to hit the ground running
- Available within 1 week
