Our client is looking to recruit a dynamic person to fulfil the role of KBB Sales Designer in Aberdeenshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a passionate dynamic team, the successful applicant will work with a well-known company that has an industry-leading range of products to offer their customers. As a KBB Sales Designer the individual will be proactive and take ownership of selling and project managing every part of the process, ensuring the customer receives an outstanding experience.

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: £23,400 - £31,000 Per Annum (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (£50k OTE - 1st Year)

Schedule:

  • 5 Days A Week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability (Rota Basis)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and sell our client's high-quality Kitchens, Bathrooms and Bedrooms
  • Pro-actively generate leads and sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism
  • Take responsibility for full project management from initial contact through to completion, ensuring that the client's needs are fully met
  • Inspire, excite and support our customers from design stage through to installation providing exceptional customer service and support and manage projects from design to installation
  • Create, present, and share thoughts on designs, styles, colour and finishes with a good eye for detail and CAD proficiency
  • Liaise with the team, suppliers and installers to ensure a smooth process throughout
  • Develop long term collaborative relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, pro-actively generating leads in a no pressure sales policy environment

What we are looking for :

  • Previous experience as a Sales Designer
  • An exceptional communicator who shows a natural ability to interact with our customers, providing a professional service at all times
  • Tenacity to achieve targets for sales and profitability
  • The ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A talent for selling design led projects
  • The enthusiasm to learn our unique Design Led Sales Process
  • Knowledge and experience in the KBB industry
  • Full driving licence and own transport essential
  • Experience with Compusoft Winner would be advantageous but not essential
