Your new role
As the Assurance and Compliance Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing robust compliance frameworks across the organisation. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage risk assessments, conduct audits, and ensure all business activities align with legal requirements as well as industry best practices.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in compliance or assurance roles with proven experience in leading teams. A detailed understanding of regulatory environments, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly are essential. Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC or similar will be highly regarded.
