Telemarketing Executive
Based in Solihull
Monday to Friday
Between 8.00AM and 5.00PM (2.45PM Latest finish on Fridays!)
£11.44ph-£12.00ph (Commission structure and bonus in place)

**The Day to Day!
You will be contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generating leads, and updating all specific company information. You will also complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers.
You will be clear, confident, and friendly in your delivery and be able to handle any call objections.
**What's in it for you?
The progression route for those interested would be to work towards the role of a 'Senior Telemarketing Executive' and then a 'Team Leader', both roles offering differing pay structures.

**Ideal Skills/Experience?
- Desirable - Experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls.
- Able to work to targets or have proven experience achieving KPI's.
- Confident to deliver calls to senior level decision makers e.g. Directors.
- Excellent communication skills and an engaging telephone manner.
- Perfect time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated individual.
