Adviser Support Administrator

The company are an Independent Financial Advisers in Stockport and when successful you will join a team of 5 as an Adviser Support Administrator, and support their Independent Financial Advisers by:

  • Taking ownership of the review cycle from start to finish
  • Communicating with clients to arrange their annual/6 monthly reviews
  • Preparing valuations
  • Attending meetings with advisers where possible
  • Taking notes during those meetings to assist with preparing file notes
  • Preparing/sending paperwork directly to clients on behalf of your advisers
  • Assisting clients with registering to the client portal
  • Ensuring the in-house system is updated as well as the platforms)

You'll be offered a generous salary, package and working arrangement which includes:

  • Starting salary of £22,000 rising to £24,000 once you have passed probation (3 months)
  • 26 days holiday which rises with service, +1 days holiday for your Birthday, +Bank Holidays
  • Hybrid working i.e. 1-2 days in the office per week and the remainder at home. This begins after your probationary period which will be full time office based
  • Flexible 35 hour working week. You'll work a 7 hour day and start between 8-10 and finish between 4-6

To be considered you'll need:

  • A positive mindset and good work ethic
  • A willingness to get involved and help your team mates
  • Some work experience within an Administrative or Customer Services environment
  • Financial Services, or any working experience with Pensions and/or Investment products would be beneficial

Also, if you have no work experience but do have an industry relevant qualification e.g. CII or CISI qualifications relating to Financial Planning and Investment Management, or a Banking and Finance or Financial Planning and Management Degree with a genuine interest in working for a Financial Adviser then apply because you will be considered too.
