We are looking for a passionate and skilled Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join the clinical team - an established autism-specialist school rated Outstanding by Ofsted.

About the Role:

You'll play a vital role in supporting students aged 5-18 with speech, language, and communication needs, neurodevelopmental differences, and developmental trauma. Your work will be crucial in helping young people access education and thrive in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering evidence-based 1:1 and group interventions
  • Developing whole-school communication strategies and preventative programmes
  • Training and coaching education staff in SaLT techniques
  • Writing clinical reports and contributing to EHCPs
  • Working collaboratively with the wider multi-disciplinary team (MDT)
  • Embedding SaLT interventions into daily classroom practice

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC & RCSLT registration
  • Minimum 1-2 years post-qualification experience (education or specialist setting preferred)
  • Excellent team player with experience in multi-disciplinary working
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (required)
