Location: Farnborough
Rate of Pay: £12 per hour (plus additional pay for sleep-ins)
Shifts: Day or Night (including weekends)
About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our clients care home in Farnborough. This role involves working within a supported living environment for young adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Your support will make a real difference in their lives, helping them build independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to residents in their day-to-day activities.
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Help to foster a positive and nurturing environment.
- Support individuals with community involvement and social activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during shifts.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in working with learning disabilities and mental health.
- NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care (or working towards one).
- Driving license is desirable.
- A caring and empathetic nature with a commitment to promoting independence.
