We aim to enhance our creative services and support other areas of our business, such as print and signage production. To achieve this, we need a talented and enthusiastic Junior Studio Artist/Designer to join our team. Your role will be vital in helping us deliver high-quality work while freeing up others to take on more strategic projects.
This is a full-time office based position working in our Maidstone office, our working hours are Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.

What You'll Do:
As a Junior Studio Artist/Designer, you'll gain hands-on experience in various creative tasks, including:
- Graphic Design and Artworking: Contributing to a range of design projects for our diverse client base.
- Typesetting and Pre-flighting: Assisting in preparing files for print and digital production.
- Illustration and Logo Design: Supporting brand development and visual storytelling.
- Proofing and File Preparation: Ensuring all work meets BISON's quality standards.
- Print Handling: Learning about different printing techniques and assisting with finishing and prototyping.
- Software Skills: Developing your proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Being ready to take on new tasks and pivot as needed, including support for digital marketing, photography, and copywriting.
