I am working on behalf of a highly reputable, family-run, Home Care provider who are looking for a Registered Manager for their established office in the Haywards Heath area.
They are an independent company that have been established for over 25 years.
The Company:
- Deliver bespoke homecare across West Sussex
- Offer personal care and assist with medication to mainly the elderly

The role:
- Managing the day to day running of the branch – 1100 hours of care per week
- Managing the office team
- Working closely with Directors
- Innovative ideas to continue growing the branch
- Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
- Ensure the service is compliant with the CQC and push for "Outstanding"
Required competencies:
- Previous experience in a care setting
- Target driven individual
- Enthusiastic and driven
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management or willing to work towards
- Excellent personal skills and great work ethic
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care
Benefits:
- Up to £45,000
- 4 day working week
