Job Opportunity: HR Generalist/Consultant (2-Month Temporary Position)
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager/Consultant for an exciting opportunity with a leading financial advisory firm in Central London. This is a 2-month contract, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the organisation through an organisational restructure process.
- Provide guidance and oversight on redundancy procedures.
- Work closely with the leadership team to implement effective HR strategies.
Experience Required:
- Proven UK experience in organisational restructuring and redundancy processes is essential.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Role Details:
- Location: Central London.
- Duration: 2-month Temporary position with potential for extension.
- Pay: £28 per hour.
- Start Date: ASAP
