Pure are working with a business based in the Ipswich Town Centre who are looking for an experienced credit controller to help support their credit control function.
You will create and manage credit control policies, procedures and practices that minimise the risk of bad debt and support business growth opportunities.
Main Responsibilities to include:
- Responsible for the active management of payable amounts on customer accounts spanning all portfolios.
- Responsible for the investigation and reconciliation of unallocated cash for all customers.
- Ensure that all cash received from customers are posted to the ledgers and reconciled
- Answering the telephone, transferring calls and resolving customer and supplier queries.
- Ensure that all debts are considered to be a potential risk to the company and the escalation.
- Involvement in projects and reporting as and when these are agreed with the business.
