Reed Accountancy and Finance is partnered with a Coleraine based organisation, in the appointment of a permanent & part-time Accounts Payable Assistant.
With a solid trading history, our client is an established company in the FMCG industry.
The role:
This role reports to the Team Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
Batching and posting purchase invoices
Reconciling of supplier statements
Payment of accounts to relevant credit terms
New supplier set up
Posting payments
Raising credit claims
About you:
1 years' accounts payable experience
Organisational ability to work under pressure to deadlines
Ability to work accurately with a high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
