The Role:

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, helping customers understand how bespoke solutions can address their unique business challenges. You'll collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions, as well as troubleshoot and optimize projects. This is a customer-facing role that involves supporting the sales process, designing technical solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.

Your work will involve designing scalable and secure solutions, providing technical support throughout the sales process, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in delivering complex solutions to enterprise clients, combining technical expertise with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, pre-sales, or solutions engineering, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), API integrations, and data engineering
  • Web development skills (e.g., Streamlit, React, Angular) are a plus
  • Familiarity with computer vision technologies is advantageous
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and experience in cross-functional collaboration
