We're seeking a seasoned Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of mechanical installations, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time completion. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, manage budgets, and lead a team to achieve project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate mechanical system design, installation, and commissioning.
- Oversee installation of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other systems.
- Ensure adherence to specifications, codes, and project timelines.
- Implement quality control measures and manage handovers.
- Foster a safe and collaborative work environment.
- Lead and mentor a team of subcontractors and direct labour.
Qualifications:
- CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS certifications.
- Proven experience in mechanical building services management.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools and digital solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
