Key Responsibilities
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure project adherence to quality and compliance standards, which constitute 80% of the role.
- Project Oversight: Manage the overall project, ensuring effective delivery of services.
- Team Management: Oversee and support a team of 10 staff members.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely reporting of project performance and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in quality and compliance, ideally as an Internal Verifier.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and support a team effectively.
- Passion for supporting refugees and making a positive social impact.

Please note – this is a 100% office based role. There might be occasional travel to other parts of East Mids where the contract is delivered in addition to Leicester.
Although a 12 month fixed term contract, it could well extend or more to a perm role as the provider are constantly winning new contracts all the time.
