Position: Associate Solicitor - Commercial Litigation
Location: Manchester City Centre
Compensation: Negotiable up to £75k DOE and PQE level
Profile: Qualified associate solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial dispute resolution to manage cases and support our team of senior fee earners, trainees, and administrative staff.
Responsibilities:
- Client liaison and case analysis
- Timely response to client queries
- Precise communication with involved parties
- Drafting and reviewing case documents
- Managing own cases in compliance with procedures
- Supporting senior fee earners on complex matters
- Coordinating with administrative team
- Attending Court/Tribunal
- Collaborating with Counsel and experts
- Contributing to team targets and business development
Requirements:
- Qualified Associate Solicitor
- Expertise in commercial dispute resolution and ADR
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and case management
- Team player with initiative
- Client-focused and commercially aware
- Knowledge of insolvency disputes would be beneficial
