Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are actively recruiting for a Client Manager on behalf of a highly successful Accountancy practice in St. Albans. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering hybrid working.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing a portfolio of predominantly owner managed businesses
- Bookkeeping
- Personal and business tax returns
- Advising and dealing with a number of tax related issues
- Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Preparing statutory accounts
- Corporation Tax Returns
- Assisting other more junior members of the team
Skills and attributes required:
- ACA or ACCA qualified or part qualified
- A minimum of 3 years' recent practice experience in a similar client facing role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised
- High attention to detail
- Confident user of Xero, Sage, Quickbooks
