Location: Basingstoke or Christchurch (3 days WFH)

Seeking a passionate individual with a proven track record of providing advice and guidance to individuals.
Overview:
Working for a leading housing association, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering financial inclusion projects to residents specific to household energy efficiency and support.
A typical week:
- Deliver energy support & efficiency interventions
- Deliver community engagement initiatives
- Build partnerships to expand provision
- Work closely with internal & external stakeholders
You'll need the following:
- Experience of financial inclusion or related areas
- Confident communication skills
- Creative, solution-driven mindset
- Knowledge of energy efficiency or similar (advantageous)
