Salary: £150 - £225 per day (depending on experience)

**The Role:

As a float teacher, you will have the exciting opportunity to work across different year groups and classes, covering for teachers across two well-established primary schools. This role requires flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to different classrooms and teaching environments. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring continuity of learning, providing support wherever it is needed most.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach across various year groups, from EYFS to KS2, adapting to different teaching styles and classroom environments.
  • Provide high-quality cover during teacher absences, ensuring lessons are delivered effectively.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential.
  • Support pupils with a variety of learning needs, including SEN and EAL.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment across the schools.

**About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching across the primary age range.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new classes and settings.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain continuity of learning.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with SEN and diverse student needs is advantageous.
  • Passionate about teaching and committed to making a difference in the classroom.
