We are currently looking for a Credit Controller to work for an establised company based in Billericay, reporting into the Finance Manager.
Responsbilities:
- Chasing customers for overdue/outstanding payments via both email and telephone.
- Following up on queries and resolving any issues by liaising with internal departments and customers in a timely manner.
- Raising Sales Invoices via company software
- Maintain accurate records of chasing activity
- Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness
- Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries
- Propose write off of irrecoverable receivables
- Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management
- Undertake account reconciliations as required
- Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required
- Send out monthly client statements/letters as may be agreed from time to time
- Simple, KPI reporting
Experience:
- 2+ years experience working in Credit Controlhallmark ca
