We're looking for a new Support Worker to join our service in Pagham, Bognor Regis, which is home to 6 adults with learning disabilities. As a Support Worker, your role involves supporting people with their everyday needs e.g. personal care and cleaning their home as well as hobbies e.g. walks along the beach with a tea and cake pitstop, theatre trips, cycling, kayaking... and anything else that interests the clients.

Working pattern

Rotas are created 3-6 months in advance, with a 4-week rolling rota. Early shifts start at 7 am and late shifts finish at 10 pm, with you being offered a combination of 6 & 8 hour shifts. The occasional sleep-in may be required and you will receive 4 weekend days off per month.

Any extra hours worked above full-time (37 hours per week) are paid at an enhance rate of 13% = £14.42 per hour.

We require our Support Workers to hold a full manual driving licence due to the remote location of the service, you will also be required to transport clients using their own vehicles.
