Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Transport Support Administrator to join a world leading logistics company in Basingstoke.
Key responsibilities for this Transport Administrator position:
- Liaising with drivers to ensure on time delivery
- Working closely with the Transport Team
- Manage all transport shift activities
- Ensuring all data is kept up to date
- Being able to support drivers with any queries or questions they may have
- Provide excellent customer service
- Great Customer Service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- Communicating with Drivers and working closely with your transport team
- Administration duties as well as using the telephone
- Must be able to work under pressure
Requirements:
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proven customer service and administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self sufficient and able to prioritise work load
- Able to work as part of a collaborative team
- Available immediately
The Role:
- Day Shift
- Working 7am - 7pm on a varied shift pattern
- Weekend work is required (every other weekend off)
- £14.14 per hour
- Paid weekly
