Conference Producer - Fluent German & English Speaker
Central London office, Hybrid working 3 set days in office + Travel
Basic Salary £30K- £35K + Bonus + Benefits
We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and German and has 6-12 months business related work experience working with clients in a professional business environment such as; Conference Production, Recruitment, Sales or Research.

The Conference Producer Job
As a Fluent English and German speaking Conference Producer, your role will be varied and fast-paced. What will you be doing?
- Research the market to identify conference topics, themes, and challenges and produce a powerful agenda that addresses the needs of the industry. Create engaging, content driven and innovative agendas
- Find and secure the best speakers to help your agenda shine, utilising your network of industry experts, government officials and industry leaders. Seek referrals and build your network. Meet your speaker targets.
- Use your English and German languages to communicate with external stakeholders.
- Work with your marketing team to support campaigns; produce content in German for social media, website etc to support audience development
- Build strong relationships with key industry professionals
- Driving the event forward, motivating and supporting the sales, ops and marketing teams when required
- Collaborative team working, sharing updates and information
- Attending the conference on the day, supporting the team, attendees and sponsors
- Post event analysis
- Develop ideas for future events, strategies to grow your events and continue to improve the event experience each year
- Keep the CRM updated and any relevant admin
- Attend/lead internal and external meetings.
The person
This role would suit a commercially minded, creative, motivated and resourceful German speaking Conference Producer looking for a challenging position, that offers responsibility and long term career progression. As a Conference Producer, you will be talking with business professionals and leaders every day, it's a big part of your job, and you need to be confident, credible and able to absorb information and communicate effectively.
- An ambitious graduate with a 2:1 or a 1st Degree
- For this position, you must speak fluent English and German .
- 6-12 months of business related experience is required. You will have worked with clients in a professional business environment such as recruitment, sales or research.
- You will have outstanding professional communication skills in English and German (written and spoken), be comfortable leading meetings and speaking in public and be a natural relationship builder.
- Confident in meeting deadlines and targets
- Able to take responsibility and work calmly under pressure
- Excellent organisation, time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, you need to be confident in building and managing internal and external relationships
- Commercial mindset
- Team orientated and able to lead a project
- Attention to detail
