About the Performance Marketing Campaign Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced

Performance Marketing Campaign Manager

to lead and optimise native ad and performance marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of campaign management, ensuring that all campaigns meet or exceed performance goals and client expectations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and client relationship management.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the end-to-end management of native ad and performance marketing campaigns, including planning, setup, execution, and delivery.
  • Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns using data insights to improve performance, maximise ROI, and achieve KPIs.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients during the campaign lifecycle, providing regular performance updates and resolving any concerns or issues.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights to enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Produce comprehensive reports on campaign performance, offering detailed insights, and providing strategic recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Ensure all technical components of campaign delivery (such as pixel tracking and audience segmentation) are correctly implemented and fully operational.
  • Identify and resolve any technical or performance-related issues that arise during the campaign lifecycle.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales and product development, to ensure campaigns are seamlessly integrated and executed.
  • Craft engaging and effective ad copy that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the campaign's objectives.

Experience you'll need.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Google Ad Manager for creating, managing, and optimising native ad campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a deep understanding of various digital advertising strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple high-performing digital campaigns from concept through to completion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Experience in managing client relationships, effectively communicating performance updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of ad delivery, including troubleshooting and implementation of pixels, tracking, and audience segmentation.
  • Proven ability to write persuasive and conversion-focused ad copy tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Management Platforms (DMP) to build, segment, and target specific audiences for more personalised campaign delivery.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and techniques used to test, measure, and enhance the performance of advertising campaigns would be advantageous.
