Air Source Heat Pump Engineer
As a domestic plumbing & heating engineer you will be responsible for delivering an elite level of workmanship at all times. You will be installing, servicing, and maintaining a wide variety of air source heat pump systems whilst maintaining high standards, of workmanship, a high level of customer satisfaction, self-motivation, and health and safety.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Install/replace domestic and commercial, air source heat pumps.
- Diagnose/first-time fix.
- Service air source heat pumps aiming to lengthen the life span of the system.
- Navigate through the a back office system to a high and in-depth standard.
- Ensuring workmanship is of the highest quality and in line with customer regulations.
- Clear and proactive communication with your team manager and the client throughout projects.
- Respect the client's property, whilst working in a safe and calm manner.
- Obtaining high levels of self-motivation to complete workload in required time frames.
- Good attitude towards work.
- Wear the company brand with pride and enthusiasm.
Experience & Qualifications
- As an experienced and confident heat pump engineer, you will have the necessary qualifications, F-Gas, Unvented Hot & Cold Water System.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working within the domestic field, including 1st & 2nd fixing.
- A full, clean UK Drivers Licence
- Experience installing air source heat pumps, servicing, and repairs.
- Maintain high standards, aiming to achieve a first-time fix.

Requirements
- IT competent
- Be able to pass a DBS check
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Knowledge of H&S practices, and can demonstrate working in a safe manner
- Good concentration and being a methodical worker
- Experience working in a busy environment
