Role: Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Hours: Panama Shift Pattern (6-14, 14-22, 22-6 weekly rotations)

Due to substantial growth and the growth of the engineering team, we are now looking to welcome an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. The package:
- Salary between £35,000-£40,000 dependent on experience
- Overtime available at 1.5x (2x Sunday / 3x Bank Holiday)

The Duties:
- Electrical & Mechanical fault finding & rectification on a variety of pressing and blow moulding machinery.
- Conducting planned & preventative maintenance on an array of plant machinery.
- Carrying out any work required around the site, working with hydraulic and pneumatic machinery where required.
- Read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications to ensure all work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with the engineering manager to ensure smooth production of the plant.
- Follow and adhere to company Health & Safety policies.
The Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years worth of experience as a mechanical or electrical bias engineer within a manufacturing environment (essential)
- Proven hydraulic and pneumatic capabilities (essential)
- In depth understanding of fault finding/diagnostics on manufacturing machinery
- Relevant mechanical/electrical Qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQs/17th/18th edition) - advantageous
- In depth understanding of fault finding/diagnostics on manufacturing machinery
- Full UK Drivers Licence
