Front of House Manager - London

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus a 10% yearly bonus
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach, and direct the front-of-house staff to maintain an exceptional level of member satisfaction and professionalism.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy, orderly, and well-kept.
- Create and enforce procedures and policies to enhance the efficiency and performance of front-of-house activities.
- Address and resolve elevated member and visitor concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Manage staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during all operating hours.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to keep the front of house team informed and motivated.
Desired Experience:
- Demonstrated background in managing front of house operations or supervisory roles, ideally within retail, a premium office or hospitality setting.
- Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities, adept at inspiring and nurturing staff.
- Superior organisational and multitasking skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and spoken.
