Accounts Payable Administrator 6M FTC - Milton Keynes - Up to £35,000
Please note this role will be office based.
A well established, leading organisation based in Milton Keynes is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join their team on a 6 month Fixed Term basis.
Requirements:
- Availability: Must be available immediately or at short notice
- Experience: Must have previous experience in a similar role
- Qualifications: Should be a part-qualified Finance professional who is currently studying towards their accounting or finance qualifications (AAT, CIMA or ACCA).
Responsibilities:
- Managing and processing invoices and payments
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Handling queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with month-end closing processes
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
