About Our Client:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, is seeking a motivated Sales and Shipping Administrator to join their small and social team.
- Processing sales orders and inputting data into CRM system.
- Investigating any discrepancies on received orders and taking appropriate action.
- Collaborating with sales offices, customers, and internal departments to provide updates on order status,
- Manage requests for improved delivery and changes to dispatch dates.
- Coordinating the dispatch of orders according to customer instructions.
- Facilitating the shipment of sales orders, working closely with international couriers and freight forwarders to ensure compliance with shipping guidelines and customer requirements.
- Ensuring accuracy in the preparation of export documentation,
- Managing the receipt, verification, and storage of proof of export and Customs documentation within specified time lines.
