Then this is the role for you! We are currently exclusively working with an SME manufacturing business that works within the digital printing market and has seen massive grown over the last 2 years. They are looking to bring in an experienced FBP that can work alongside the Finance Director to create effective controls within the organisation. This role could provide progression opportunities for the right candidate as the business grows.
So what would your responsibilities be?
- Managing the day to day Management Accounts
- Cost accounting & variance analysis
- Producing month end Management Accounts & board reporting packs
- Business partnering with operational & SLT stakeholders
- Assisting in the audit process
- Creating & maintaining effective financial controls
- Assisting with budgeting & forecasting and creating relevant reports

But what experience and qualifications to do you need?
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- At least 3 years PQE
- Experience within a Manufacturing environment is essential
- At least 2 years Cost accounting or Cost controlling exposure is essential
- Sage experience is desirable
- Systems implementation experience is desirable
- Stakeholder management experience
