Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our market leading manufacturing client with their search for an Injection Moulding Technician.
Key Duties:
- Undertake handover with technician from previous shift.
- Identify what product is due off.
- Perform regular quality checks.
- Prepare tools for jobs required.
- Prepare production packs.
- Optimisation of machines and equipment to achieve continuous production.
- Support production to achieve 5 key data element targets.
- Inform material handler of jobs due off and next planned.
- Undertake tool changes as required.
- General housekeeping.
- Pack boxes with finished products.
- Perform safety checks on machines, once per week.
- Maintenance on machines.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar role/environment.
- Ideally mechanically minded with exposure to hydraulics and basic electrics but not essential.
- Happy to work a 3 shift rotating pattern.
