- *Job Description:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team as Cover Supervisors. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education in the absence of regular teachers. You will supervise classes, support students in their learning, and ensure a positive and productive classroom environment.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and manage classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and activities.
- Support students with their learning and ensure they stay on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide additional support to teaching staff as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- *Requirements:**
- A degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and working with young people.
- Ability to manage and engage a classroom effectively.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in different school settings.
- Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
