Meraki Talent are delighted to be supporting a leading Investment Bank in Glasgow who are looking to appoint a Corporate Lawyer, due to a period of continued growth.
This is an important and strategic role which will require you to provide professional advice and build meaningful relationships with a range of internal core clients.
Key duties will involve;
- Ensuring all transactional services are carried out in relation to set laws and regulations
- Liaise with internal partners to ensure risk is managed effectively
- Create, review and negotiate a variety of legal documents, meeting client deadlines
- Providing a range of support for transactional activities, conducting due diligence when required
- Ensure you are up to date on latest laws, rules and regulations and these are reflected within latest documentation
Additionally you will be demonstrating a high level of leadership, and advising key stakeholders, on functional and cross functional areas. It is imperative that you are able to manage and mitigate risk, and support latest governance agendas. As part of this role, you will be required to be accountable, and collaborate with a variety of internal teams, creating solutions.
