They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to join their rapidly growing London office in the West End. Hybrid working is available (two days at home), and you will be supporting a team of IR professionals.Supporting a busy and collaborative investor relations team, you will provide generalist PA support with various projects as well as diary management. You should have solid experience in a similar position with excellent organisation skills, an ability to learn quickly, and to prioritise key tasks. Once you are settled in the role you will have the opportunity to:
- Arrange Due Diligence and Operational Due Diligence meetings as part of their fundraising process.
- Help the Team with a variety of tasks that need to be done as and when required during the fundraising process
- Organise international roadshows
- Arrange and manage dynamic meeting schedules at conferences
- Prepare and send Investor Letters via our mailing system, Dispatch.
- Provide absence cover for the other IR team & C-Suite PA that will require an element of flexibility
