Role Responsibilities
- Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts for a wide range of clients
- Assisting with audit assignments, supporting the audit process from planning to completion
- Managing your own portfolio of clients, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time
- Reviewing the work of junior staff, offering support and guidance to help them grow in their roles
- Liaising directly with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and provide ongoing financial advice
- Ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations

Candidate Requirements
- ACA or ACCA part-qualified or studying, with experience in a UK accountancy practice
- Strong understanding of accounting processes, tax regulations, and audit procedures
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality work
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to support and mentor junior team members
