Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) �?

Reporting to: Team Leader �?
Purpose: As an Assistant Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in a mission to reduce repeat homelessness and improve outcomes for vulnerable adults. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- Service Leadership: Collaborate with the Team Leader to provide leadership and guidance to your team. Ensure high-quality service delivery that aligns with our vision of changing lives through housing.
- Psychologically Informed Approach: Monitor the quality of support and housing management, using outcome tools and systems. Champion a psychologically informed approach to support work.
- Building Maintenance and Safety: Oversee the maintenance and security of the buildings under your remit, following our Health and Safety compliance framework.
- Data Reporting: Collect data and produce monthly and quarterly reports for South Gloucestershire Council, meeting contractual requirements.
- Staff Performance: Monitor relief staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and recognise and reward good performance.
