- Assisting in the development and execution of financial plans and strategies.
- Managing and overseeing the work of the Accounting & Finance department.
- Providing and interpreting financial information to managerial staff.
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
- Analysing change and advising accordingly.
- Formulating strategic and long-term business plans.
- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk.
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or overseas equivalent
- Proficiency in financial software
- An understanding of data privacy standards.
- Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong management accountant experience
