Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Stockport, SK10
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary: £43,430
Key Purpose and Responsibilities for the Electrical Supervisor:
- Provide clear direction and guidance to production personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to outline daily requirements including safety, quality, and production goals.
- The Electrical Supervisor should monitor and assess machine electrical performance, implementing improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with the Electrical Manager to develop and maintain training programs for staff development.
- Oversee daily production activities, delegate tasks effectively, and manage operational costs.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, enforcing safety protocols and standards.
- Evaluate equipment and tools for compliance and functionality, initiating maintenance requests as necessary.
- The Electrical Supervisor must lead initiatives to optimise workshop layout and workflow to enhance productivity.
Key Requirements for the Electrical Supervisor:
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Windows, Microsoft Office).
