We are looking for a detail-oriented Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to maintain and repair A/C systems across a portfolio of commercial and high-end residential properties. The company holds ambitious growth plans, aspiring to continually grow their service and maintenance division. The Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer should have ambitions to grow with the company, having a similar mentality mirroring that of the business.
The Air Conditioning Engineer should be experienced across A/C Systems being skilled in cleaning, adjusting, installing, and repairing systems. You will be responsible for air conditioning and ventilation systems from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance and repairs.
To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority. Candidates must be patient and have good organisational and troubleshooting skills across both installation and fault-finding duties. It will also be your responsibility to ensure all log books are up to date and all systems are compliant. Liaising with clients on queries where necessary and assisting other engineers when needed across the portfolio of properties. This position will be fully mobile across Manchester and Surrounding Areas.
Duties
- VRVs / VRFs / Splits / Multi-splits / AHUs / FCUs
- Manage all elements assigned in a professional and safe manner
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance regimes
- Produce quality reports and assist in collaborating remedial quotes / extra works
- Health and safety management of self and others around
- Reporting to the Head of Service and Maintenance
- Proactively managing planned and reactive work according to business demands
- To carry out day-to-day maintenance as well as other works as instructed.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years' experience
- F-Gas qualified
- Professional and Punctual
- Reliable and Competent
- Strong communication skill
- Full Driving Licence
Salary and Benefits
- £42,000 - £45,00
- £10,000 Annual Bonus (dependent on KPI delivery, paid monthly)
- Monday to Friday 8 -5
